Community Residential Settings
Program Overview
Restart Inc. provides Community Residential Setting (CRS) housing and services for adults living with a Traumatic Brain Injury and other co-occurring disabilities. In our Community Residential Settings (CRS) individuals are provided with support, training, and individualized care tailored to their needs and preferences.
Services at our CRS Sites include:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living

Community Participation & Mobility

Independent Living Skills – Including Household Management, Interpersonal Skills, Money Management, Self Care & More!

Nutritious Meals & Snacks

Sleep Staff On-Site: 10pm – 6am

Healthcare Coordination with our RN/LPN

Advocacy & Social Services Support

Socialization and Activities
Qualifications
-
18 Years or Older
-
Diagnosis of Brain Injury, or other Disability
-
Eligible for Public Funding, or working on Eligibility
-
Services funded through a Waiver Program (CADI, BI or EW)
-
Room and Board Funded through GRH (Group Residential Housing) or paid privately (SSI, SSDI, RSDI)
