Program Overview
Restart Inc. provides 24-Hour Customized Living housing and services for adults living with a Traumatic Brain Injury and other co-occurring disabilities. Each 24-Hour Customized Living site offers a person-centered approach to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Home Health Services - Including Assistance with Activities of Daily Living and Assistance with Mental Health, Cognitive and Behavioral Concerns

Qualifications

18 Years or Older
-
Diagnosis of Brain Injury, or other Disability

Eligible for Public Funding, or working on Eligibility
-
Services funded through a Waiver Program (CADI, BI or EW)

Room and Board Funded through GRH (Group Residential Housing) or paid privately (SSI, SSDI, RSDI)
